Barbara Edwards was a beautiful young woman from New Mexico attending the University of Southern California where she became interested in modeling.<\/p>\n

Barbara tried out for Playboy and was chosen to become the \u201cPlayboy Playmate of the Month\u201d for the September 1983 issue of Playboy Magazine. As one of the more popular Playmates, she was then selected to be the \u201cPlaymate of the Year\u201d for 1984.<\/p>\n

This simple photoshoot was done as a basic \u2018wardrobe test\u2019 to determine which garment would look best on Barbara to wear during her upcoming Playboy Calendar shoot.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s really hard to not make beautiful photos of Barbara. She\u2019s a talented model and made my job easier by moving gracefully from one pose to another. I think this entire roll was shot in less than five minutes. Barbara Edwards has always been a favorite model of mine, and I continued to work with her whenever I had the chance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
